Gare de Vizzavona - samedi 27 juillet 1996.
Cette gare est la plus haute du réseau, à 906 m d'altitude, elle est situé à la sortie (en venant d'Ajaccio) du plus long tunnel de la ligne (près de 4 km).
On voit ici en premier plan, une vieille plaque tournante, marquée CFD 1889: elle servait autrefois à manoeuvrer et tourner les wagons de marchandises. En arrière plan, une bascule pour peser les wagons.
Au fond de la photo, à droite une voie de garage, à gauche la voie vers Bastia et Calvi.

This station is the highest of the network, at 906 m above sea level, and at the exit (when coming from Ajaccio) of the longest tunnel on the line (about 4 km).
In foreground, you see an old turn-table, marked CFD 1889: it was used in the past to shunt and turn goods wagon. Back the turn-table, a scale to weigh wagons.
In background, at right a siding, at left the track going down to Bastia and Calvi.
