Ce point d'arrêt n'existe plus. Il a été
desservi de 1973 à 2004. Il permettait l'accès au parc de Fornacina (au nord de
l'étang de Biguglia) auquel on peut accéder aussi par l'arrêt
Saltatojo.
La desserte de Fornacina existait dès le début de
la desserte suburbaine de Bastia en 1973, mais pas celle de Saltatojo. Au service
d'hiver 1985 / 1986 les 2 arrêts sont desservis à 1 minute d'intervalle,
ceci jusqu'au service d'hiver 2003 / 2004. La desserte de Fornacina disparait
à l'été 2004. Sur des photos aériennes (voir plus
bas) on aperçoit un quai de longueur moyenne avec un petit abri de maçonnerie
au bout d'une ancienne piste à l'est de la Route des Collines à
Furiani, piste qui s'embranchait sur la grand-route RT11 au niveau où il y
a maintenant un grand rond-point. Il n'y avait aucune voie d'évitement.
Immédiatement au nord de l'arrêt, la voie franchit
un ruisseau par un petit pont en béton. Environ 250 m plus
au nord, un pont en maçonnerie, inutilisé de nos jours,
franchit la tranchée en courbe.
is stopping place is now closed. It was served from 1973 to 2004. It gave access to Fornacina Park (at North of Biguglia pool), you can go to the park by Saltatojo stop also. The service at Fornancina stop began since the beginning of Bastia suburban service in 1973, but not the Saltatojo service. At winter service in 1985 / 1986 the 2 stops are served wit an interval of 1 minute, this till winter service in 2003 / 2004. The Fornacina service disappeared at summer 2004. On aerial views (see below) you can see a middle size platform and a little masonry shelter at the end of a track at east of Route des Collines (hill road) at Furiani, track that was beginning from the RT11 main road where there is now a large round about. There was no siding. Immediately at north of the platform the track passes over a rivulet by a little concrete bridge. At about 250 m north, a masonry bridge (unused now) is over the curve cutting.
